Hopeful Hearts originally ventured into Kenya in 2017 to meet with perspective partners. From there, our relationships with our partners and their children have blossomed and we have continued to visit regularly.
Hopeful Hearts currently supports two children’s homes in Kenya:
The first home houses nearly 80 children ranging in age from a few months old to 18 years old. Hopeful Hearts provides direct support to the children’s home by allowing them to buy food and pay for the different aspects of the children’s education. Hopeful Hearts regularly visits the home in which we conduct a Vacation Bible School for the kids and teach job and life skills to the older children.
Hopeful Hearts provides for our second partner by offering monetary support for nearly 10 at-risk children in the home to have an education and provide basic living necessities.
